Exchanges:


Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges to maintain the exclusivity of our limited edition art pieces. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to review our return policy for alternative options.

Returns:

We accept returns exclusively for damaged items. If you receive a damaged art piece, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please email clear photos of the affected item to lrdsupport@letsrockdecor.com. Local buyers, return the damaged item within 7 days; international buyers, within 14 days.


Refunds:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Buyers can cancel within 24 hours after making a purchase, initiated through our website or by contacting customer support lrdsupport@letsrockdecor.com.

Damaged Item Refund: Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 3-5 business days after the damaged item has been returned. Please email clear proof of return to lrdsupport@letsrockdecor.com before we can initiate the refund process.

Condition of Return (damaged item):

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition with packaging.

Trust Assurance:

Since our inception in 2018, we're proud to share that we've received only one complaint about a damaged item. In this unique case, a chimney fell off a tiny house upon delivery. The customer promptly contacted us, and not only did we address the issue, but the customer also graciously offered to glue the chimney herself. This incident underscores our commitment to customer satisfaction, and while overall exceptions may occur, rest assured that we will attend to your concerns to the best of our ability.
